Arrest of three suspects in the case of the doctor murdered in Aguadulce, including a National Police

The event that has shocked Roquetas de Mar, in Almería, reached a new chapter this past Tuesday. The arrest of three individuals, including a National Police agent stationed in El Ejido.
The detainees are accused of being involved in the violent death of the doctor Rafael Piorno Fermoselle, which occurred at the end of August in AguadulceAccording to sources involved in the investigation, two of those arrested have been sent to prison, while the third remains under investigation .
The tragic event was revealed when a neighbor, alarmed by the doctor's absence, alerted the authorities after not having seen him for two days. Traces of blood were found in his home , which led to an intensive operation. The operation, called Alhabana , ended on September 17, revealing that the doctor's body showed clear signs of violence, including stab wounds.
Initial investigations suggested that the doctor had maintained some kind of relationship with his attackers. This link would have made it easier for the criminals to know his routines and schedules, which was crucial for planning the attack. One of the detainees, who had arrived from León, coordinated his actions with another arrested person to carry out the crime in the doctor's home.
The suspects used various alibis to get close to the victim and gain his trust. Their strategy was methodical, with the ultimate goal of carrying out their plans without being discovered. The searches at the suspects' homes, carried out in León and Aguadulce-Roquetas de Mar, in addition to a local in Almería, revealed objects related to the crime.
The judicial proceedings have been transferred to the Court of Instruction number 1 of Roquetas de MarThe court has ordered two of the detainees to be imprisoned and has placed the third under investigation.
