Prosecutor's investigation into the judge Peinado
The Madrid Community Prosecutor's Office is carrying out an investigation to determine whether the judge Juan Carlos Peinado has committed a crime of continued prevarication in relation to the case of Begoña GómezHowever, tax sources have indicated that the possibility of a crime involving the disclosure of secrets has been ruled out .
This Friday, the Public Prosecutor's Office sent a letter to the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid. This document requests that Judge Peinado be asked to provide all the documentation processed to date before a decision is made on whether to admit the complaint filed by the wife of the President of the Government.
